I had a dream last evening about birds. It was strange in that I never did actually see the birds at first but heard them. I was at my computer listening to one of the podcasts on this site and at times through-out the podcast I would hear birds chirping; more than one and they were talking to one another. It was alittle startling at first but after a while was as if I were transported into a sunshine filled meadow with a little red finch perched on a person’s finger in front of me. The being in front of me was speaking the words of the podcast and chirping to the little finch. This is all I can remember of the dream but I hope it resonates with someone,or the bird may have meaning I’m not sure. But communing with spirit can be accomplished in so many ways that investigating dreams, visions, or even channeling sessions may provide a wealth of understanding if not for you alone maybe someone else, using you as the conduit. There should be no fear here; as is stated in this article NO spirit of love and compassion will ever require you to do anything. the ISIS energy is that of love, nuturing, and life ;so give of yourself too, you will be amazed at how simple that love and understanding is and how comforting she is to your soul self when the communion is complete. This the thought for today; as surely we see the evolution already taking place, take heed and realize your existance depends on it. And then THINK! Have those thoughts, they may seem alien at first but we must awaken now, and see this world; this life for what we must do as divine humans. Lead others to the grace of our divine selves. Show the path. Be divine to yourself and others.Peace.

ASCENSION is vital. The way of our Soul Selves will manifest within once one accepts this simple truth. You can always rely on yourself as the means to achieving it through the simple breath and the mantinence of your body and mind. Don’t harbor doubts or bad experiences from this life(or others), you can sort through them as a way to learn some vital lesson but don’t dwell. All That You Are will become one with this human energy and then you will see how clean,strong, and whole you can be. The way of the spirit needs this energy to keep ourselves within synch of Earth’s vibrant being. As a planet it too resonates with energy and power as a being . All creatures and life here need it. The creations in all our vast universe as well. True God-self IS a manifest of God and as such we MUST be benevolent and resonate our energies with one another in and for a POSITIVE manner. At this time of year people like to “preach” about”Peace on Earth” and “Good will to men”, but it’s hollow without the ascension of which we speak. The “holiday season” is a perfect opprotunity for all awakening humans to seek out one another to begin the process of change. As everything does change the coming years will prove it is imminent for us all. The old ways, places, and rememberances were a lesson, what you gleen from it is truly a personal thing to the Soul Self. Assimilate these into yourself and then ascension is possible. Channeling with the departed ones are a joy and may help you reach this level also. We may become different to those we know and who know us; this is natural because you wil not be the same any longer. If they choose to accept this change and move forward with you so much the better but if not they may have something else they need to do before they can follow. Just accept that and go on. I can see how that would be sad for some, but in the new consciousness that is All That we Are we can only guide and assist, no forcefulness is needed. Gentle touch, healing and truly soothing with a soft hum only you and the other can hear is the way of the Breath. You may do this together or as yourself alone. A quiet dimmly lit place is best but it can be accomplished sitting in noisy traffic ( but be careful). Breathe as is described in the archives and just take your fingertips and softly stroke your skin, slow gentle movements until you feel the slight tingle, then as you breathe let your mind go to it’s place of one-ness, you will notice an immediate sense of calm and relaxation. Excellent for daily stress reduction. Also wonderful as healing for others. As a nurse I find Healing Touch is an excellent way to both bond with the patient, engender trust, and make headway towards curative intent. Practice this and you will come to find all the possibilities it can provide in your life as well.

I understand your reference to finding in a new way and not looking in the same places, in finding what you seek you may never return to that same way again,as you will have transcended it, and that “old” way.
To make the venture one must be prepared to BE in that now, to remain as NOTHING WILL be the same is the hard part, fear again may play a roll for many. Keep with the Breathe as it will be the saving grace, the allegions will be vast and together we will BE ALL THAT WE ARE, As ONE.

You know Terry your timing is again impeccable; as you say those sneaky synchronisities, I was given a thought vision yesterday at approx. 2:20pm that today at approx. 11 am I would hear something I’d been waiting to hear and needed to hear so again I see it. Thanks for the energy! I’m sure we all need it. Gotta stay focused, no bothering with the Earthly stress of everyday things; of the media “storms “; keep breathing the change every day however often you may need to do it; it really does make a difference in how things are percieved.

Something shifted dramatically for me toward the end of last week, and the reminders here to let go and release are timely, and much appreciated. Yes. By “Change Everything” we mean “change yourself.” It is not about worrying about or trying to prevent anything. Simple conscious breathing does change everything without focus, concentration, or intent. Bringing ourselves into balance does change everything.

I have what I am considering a New Energy feeling about this. On the one hand, I don’t feel a part of what is going on in the Earth. For a number of years, I have felt like I am a step or two away from it all, and that it is the game of those who are still in the hypnotic trance of the old energy ways. Yet, on the other hand, I want to, and do, breathe to shift the potentials of doom and gloom as well as simply knowing that everything on the planet is going to be different than mass consciousness believes. I am willing and happy to breathe and assist in the shifting but it’s not really my game
